How LTM Technologies handles personal information when you visit our website, purchase or use our products, or contact us.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Who We Are

LTM Technologies ("LTM Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we handle personal information.

LTM Technologies is a technology company that develops and provides software products, including VRViewer.

For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at privacy@ltmtechnologies.com.

2. Information We Collect

Website visitors

When you visit our website, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information associated with your request, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and other information necessary to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.

We do not currently operate user accounts on this website and do not require visitors to provide personal information simply to browse the site.

Customers and purchasers

When you purchase VRViewer or another product through our authorized checkout provider, information associated with your purchase may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Country or region
  • Order and transaction information
  • License information
  • Information necessary to provide customer support

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its platform. Payment information, including payment card information, is handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment-processing partners rather than being collected directly by LTM Technologies.

VRViewer licensing

VRViewer uses Lemon Squeezy's License API to activate, validate, and deactivate software licenses.

When you activate or validate a VRViewer license, the application may transmit information necessary to perform the licensing operation, including:

  • License key
  • License instance information
  • Product and license information
  • Information returned by the licensing service

VRViewer does not require an online connection every time the application starts. Licensing information may be stored locally on your Windows computer to support license validation and the applicable offline licensing period.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Providing, activating, validating, and managing software licenses
  • Processing and fulfilling purchases
  • Providing customer and technical support
  • Communicating with customers about their purchases, licenses, or support requests
  • Maintaining and securing our website and services
  • Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use
  • Complying with legal obligations
  • Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

We do not currently use personal information collected through the website for behavioral advertising.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR apply, we process personal information using an appropriate legal basis depending on the circumstances.

These may include:

  • Contract: Processing necessary to provide products or services you have requested, including software licensing and customer support.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve our business and services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal requirements.
  • Consent: Where we specifically request your consent for a particular processing activity.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use third-party service providers to operate our website, provide our products, process transactions, and provide licensing services.

Microsoft Azure

Our website is hosted using Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Microsoft may process technical information associated with requests to and operation of the website as part of providing and securing its services.

GitHub

Our website's source code is maintained in a private repository hosted by GitHub. GitHub is also used as part of our software development and deployment workflow. GitHub may process information associated with our GitHub account, repository activity, and use of its services in accordance with its own privacy practices.

The LTM Technologies website itself is hosted through Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps rather than GitHub Pages. The fact that the website source code is maintained in GitHub does not mean that LTM Technologies stores website visitors' personal information in the GitHub repository.

Lemon Squeezy

We use Lemon Squeezy to process software purchases and manage software licenses. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases made through its platform and provides services including payment processing and license management.

Lemon Squeezy may process information such as customer name, email address, country, order information, and license information in connection with a purchase.

Other providers

We may use additional service providers in the future where reasonably necessary to operate our business. Where required by applicable law, we will update this Privacy Policy before introducing materially different processing activities.

6. Payments

LTM Technologies does not directly collect or store payment card numbers through the LTM Technologies website.

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Payment and transaction information submitted through the Lemon Squeezy checkout is subject to Lemon Squeezy's own privacy practices and terms.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The LTM Technologies website is designed to operate without requiring advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies.

We may use technologies that are strictly necessary to operate, secure, or deliver the website. Third-party services used to provide the website may also process technical information as part of delivering their services.

If we introduce non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, or similar tracking technologies that require additional notice or consent, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required controls or notices.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain licensing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

For example, purchase and licensing information may need to be retained for as long as necessary to provide purchased software, maintain license records, provide customer support, comply with accounting and tax requirements, and establish or defend legal claims.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. International Data Transfers

Because we use service providers that may operate infrastructure or process information in countries outside your country of residence, personal information may be processed internationally.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to your personal information, you may have rights including:

  • The right to know whether we process your personal information
  • The right to access personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate information
  • The right to request deletion of personal information
  • The right to request restriction of processing
  • The right to object to certain processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

These rights are subject to applicable legal limitations and exceptions.

To exercise a privacy right, contact privacy@ltmtechnologies.com.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests in order to protect your information from unauthorized disclosure.

12. Requests Involving Lemon Squeezy

Some information relating to purchases and transactions is processed directly by Lemon Squeezy as part of its merchant-of-record and payment services.

If your request concerns information that Lemon Squeezy processes independently, we may direct you to Lemon Squeezy or assist you in identifying the appropriate party to contact.

13. Children's Privacy

Our website and software are not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@ltmtechnologies.com.

14. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including GitHub and other websites operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those websites before providing them with personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, legal requirements, or data-processing practices.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

If we make a material change to how we process personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
