Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. To start a request, email support@ltmtechnologies.com and include your order number or the email address used at checkout.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within this period and we will help you with your request. You do not need to provide extensive technical details to ask for a refund.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Purchases made through Lemon Squeezy are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. We will review your request and, when approved, arrange for the refund to be processed through the checkout provider. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

We may ask for your order number or other reasonable information needed to identify the transaction. Please do not email payment card details or your full VRViewer license key.

3. What Happens to a Refunded License?

If a refund is issued for VRViewer Pro, the associated license may be deactivated and will no longer be authorized for use. Please do not request a refund if you intend to continue using the Pro license.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe you were charged more than once or that a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us as soon as possible at support@ltmtechnologies.com. We will help review the transaction and direct you to the appropriate payment-provider process when necessary.

5. Technical Issues and Support

If VRViewer does not work as expected, we encourage you to contact support so we can help troubleshoot installation, compatibility, or licensing issues. You can still request a refund within the 14-day period; contacting support is not a requirement to explain or justify why you want to request one.

6. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a right to a refund or other remedy, those rights continue to apply.
